The view we had of God has radically changed over the last 7 years. When Katy was miraculously healed by God we began a journey out of the darkness, that was the result of wrong belief, and into a love and light we never knew existed. After her healing we began witnessing supernatural healings regularly. We saw one lady being kept alive by machines until their families could say good bye walk out of the hospital a few days later. We saw people that were going blind have their sight restored. We saw people who couldn’t walk rise to their feet and begin to take steps. We saw cases of cancerous tumors disappear. The list goes on and on. Each of these events are un-explainable in the medical community. All of these healings were part of our process of meeting the God who has always been alive in us and everyone else in the world.

During this time, we also witnessed a few people close to us pass away and some did not recover, which was hard to understand at the time. These experiences allowed us to see how much God loved them and bought them into peace and love when it was what they needed. Saying that doesn’t make the loss of a loved one easier. It just puts the right perspective on it. Everyone is His child, and all will spend eternity in His glory.

During this journey into light, I was kicked out of a men’s bible study. Had others not pay me for work I did unless I repented for the message we were proclaiming. All of these events have brought us out of religion, which blinded us from the good news. We didn’t know God was really a healer until Katy was healed and we saw many others healed. We didn’t understand God’s unwavering love until we tangibly experienced it. We didn’t understand the enemy has always been religion until it attempted to kill the love we have for others, steal our peace, and kill our joy.

About three years ago we began to see even more of who God is and how much He loved us as we started to see significant changes in our personal life unfold. This has happened more and more the further we have moved from religious beliefs to knowing who God really is. We began looking at other end time ideas outside of the norm. This opened up many new windows of our life, and the light began to reach deep into our hearts. God is love and love keeps no record of wrongs. This doesn’t mean only if you have said the magic words, went through the right classes, or got dunked in water. This means God is love, and He loves everyone and not only does this mean He doesn’t keep records of my wrongs, but He doesn’t keep record of my neighbor’s wrongs. Scripture is clear… ALL are saved, no one is going to spend eternity in torment. Halleluiah!

This shift in how we see God allows us to see who we really are. We don’t speak to the mountain in our life, we just live in the knowing it is removed. We don’t need to lean into anything, by spouting words or fasting. We are able to live in The Who we are rather than who we want to be. The who we are is successful, gifted, world changer, creator, giver, along with many more examples of how God sees us. This change of view is how Katy and I have begun to live in the who we are, not what we want to be! We have had supernatural recovery in our finances and miraculous growth in our business. We didn’t “pray” to be debt free, we just lived as if we had more than enough. We didn’t do the Dave Ramsey program. We have traveled, and celebrated life. It really is the I am life! We all make choices. We make the decision to live in religious systems, or live in the freedom we were born to have.

As we shifted our gaze from us and the “ideas” religion teaches us to be excepted and loved, and began to see the Godhead in and through everything, layers of separation melted away and His echoes erupted in our souls.

“Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He will give you the desires and secret petitions of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord roll and repose each care of your load on Him; trust (lean on, rely on, and be confident) also in Him and He will bring it to pass.” Psalm 37:4-5 AMPC

Delighting is resting in relationship that He is in each of our hearts. Watering our hearts, tending to our hearts and uprooting all the deception that has kept and keeps us bound. Committing our ways is agreeing with all that He says to be true about us, that from the foundation of the world our breath has been in His breath. Humanity has diminished the light God birthed. He never did. He would never put us in a dark world and play hide and go seek.

Despite all the things the world has told you, despite all of the deception you have believed, despite what your current situation may be, The Creator of all is madly in love with you. He’s pleased with you and overjoyed to be in relationship with you. The only thing that divides this truth is our perception of what the relationship is. His echoes are vibrating life right now into all, through all.

We came to being out of God’s love. Everyone came from His love and all of us were created for victory. We get to live in The Who we are, and not The Who we want to be. We are the apple of God’s eye. Designed for greatness, and created for excellence. Life is worth living, and living is worth it. We are so grateful the truth, the real truth, has set us free! We couldn’t imagine going back to living in works-based religion!
